I used their measuring guide one afternoon after moving a bunch of stuff away from the window, and it was easy to follow. It took me a minute to double-check everything because I always second-guess measurements, but the panels showed up fitting really well. Overall, it worked out better than I expected.

My order from Acoustimac showed up just as I expected. The sizes, fabric color, and quantity all matched what I picked on the site, so that was definitely a relief.

I’m giving 4 stars just because the box was a little beat up when it arrived, but everything inside was fine and nothing was damaged. Overall, it was an easy order with no real surprises

The panels themselves were fine, but the box was missing one bracket. I was already feeling mentally drained, so having to stop everything and figure out the missing hardware was really frustrating

The panels looked fine once I unpacked them, so I assumed installation would be straightforward. You know, panels usually mean “line them up and you’re good.” Nope. The instructions were vague enough that I kept having to guess, backtrack, and redo little things. What should’ve been a simple weekend shortcut turned into a much longer, more frustrating project. Not really happy with how it went

I reached out to support and it took days to hear back, which was frustrating. I don’t know for sure, but it kind of felt like my message got buried or they were short-staffed. Either way, waiting that long for a reply wasn’t a great experience.

The panels feel really well made, and the fabric is nice and tight, which I liked. Just a heads up though—one of the corners on mine wasn’t quite perfect, so I’d definitely check them over when they arrive. Overall, the build quality is still really good.

Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me the return/refund process was annoying, stressful, and not worth the hassle

As someone who’s picky about how stuff is packaged, I was relieved to see the panels were packed really well. The corners had protection and nothing showed up dented. The box had a rough spot from shipping, but everything inside was totally fine. I only knocked off one star because the tape job was kind of messy, but overall I’m happy with it.

I’ll give them credit where it’s due: these panels were cheaper than the other ones I looked at, and the quality is actually good. Kind of refreshing when something affordable doesn’t immediately feel like a mistake.

I got these panels a while back, honestly I can’t remember if it was a few weeks ago or closer to a month—but they do look nice on the wall. The issue is the sound absorption wasn’t as strong as I expected. My room still has a noticeable echo, so I’m a bit disappointed. Maybe they helped a little, but not enough for what I was hoping.

The custom choices were okay, I think. Nothing really stood out as amazing, but they seemed to get the job done and gave me enough to work with. I’d probably say it was a decent experience overall

The colors looked a lot duller in person than I expected, and the whole thing had more of a DIY vibe than I was hoping for. I even tried moving a few things around in the room, which turned into one of those weird afternoons where you start cleaning behind furniture you haven’t touched in forever, but no matter what I did, the panels still looked out of place. Maybe they’d look fine in an actual studio or a music room, but in a regular living room, they just felt awkward. I wouldn’t buy them again
